Return/Exchange Policy

No returns /refunds/exchanges will be allowed in any of the orders placed.

 Although, if you have received any Damaged/ Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for exchange.

 Make an unboxing video while opening the parcel. No defect/damages in the product will be considered without opening the video and you have to send the video within 24-48 hours after receiving the parcel over Mail or WhatsApp.

 

Please Note: Video should be without any pauses and cuts, the video should be from Start to End.

 Take your time and check the product properly, any kind of issues/defects/damage must be shown in the video, if no defects/damage are found in video, then we are not able to process any exchange.

Products are eligible for return if they are received in damaged or defective condition.

The same needs to be conveyed to our team with images by mail at  Infotqsbags@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package,

What do I do if I don't like the product I received?

In this case drop us a mail at  Infotqsbags@gmail.com and you could just ship the product back to us to the address which will be given in the mail. But please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 7 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. And we could provide you with a coupon code, so you could shop with us again or get the refund whichever is preferred.

 

Please make sure that the returned product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund / code to be processed.

The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded.
